Offer for subscription of Ordinary Shares

The Directors of Maven Income and Growth VCT 3 PLC are pleased to announce that, pursuant to the Maven Income and Growth VCT Linked Offer which opened on 18 November 2010, the Company issued and allotted 938,826 Ordinary shares of 10 pence on 5 April 2011, and that the number of Ordinary Shares in issue is now 30,355,468. The Offer Price at which the shares were issued and allotted was 79.8p per Ordinary Share.

The 2011/2012 offer will remain open until 28 April 2011.
