Maven Income and Growth VCT 2 PLC 

Offer for Subscription - Update

The Board of Maven Income and Growth VCT 2 PLC is pleased to announce that the Company has received applications in excess of £1.5 million pursuant to its Offer for Subscription which opened on 23 January 2013 and is, therefore, now closed.

The Board expects valid applications to be accepted (and scaled back where relevant) and allotments in respect of the 2012/2013 tax year to take place on 4 March and 5 April 2013, with an allotment in respect of the 2013/14 tax year expected to take place by no later than 30 April 2013. Dealings are expected to commence as soon as practicable after the respective allotment dates.

Details of the allotment of shares will be announced in due course.
