Portfolio Update and Unaudited Net Asset Value

The Directors of Maven Income and Growth VCT PLC (the Company) are pleased to confirm that, on 1 June 2012, the Company completed the disposal of its investment in TPL (Midlands) Limited (trading as Transys Projects Limited).

For contractual reasons, the Directors are not able to publish specific details of the transaction. However, as a result, the unaudited net asset value of the Company will increase by approximately 4.7p per share from the previously released figure of 67.9p per share as at 29 February 2012, representing an uplift of 6.9%.
