Net Asset Value and Proposed Final Dividend
The Directors of Maven Income and Growth VCT PLC (the Company) confirm that the unaudited net asset value of the Company as at 28 February 2014 was 68.1p per Ordinary Share.
The Directors are recommending the payment of a final dividend of 3.5p per Ordinary Share (comprising 1.0p revenue and 2.5p capital), in respect of the year ended 28 February 2014, to be paid on 18 July 2014 to Shareholders on the register at close of business on 20 June 2014.
In accordance with Listing Rule 15.5.1, and further to the information disclosed above, the Directors confirm that they are satisfied that all inside information (as defined by Section 118C of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000) that the Directors and the Company may have in their possession, relating to the Company during the period leading up to the announcement of its financial results for the year ended 28 February 2014, has been notified to a regulatory information service.
