Joint Announcement of Linked Top Up OffersΒ
The Boards of Directors of the Companies are pleased to announce the launch of linked top up offers of new ordinary shares to raise up to Β£6.1 million in the Companies (theΒ "Offers"). The new ordinary shares will be issued at pricesΒ reflecting the most recently published net asset valuesΒ of the existing ordinary sharesΒ immediately prior to the Offers.Β
The Offers in respect of the 2009/10 tax year will close onΒ 5Β April 2010 and in respect of the 2010/11 tax year onΒ 30 April 2010.Β Due to the Easter holiday, postal applications in respect of the 2009/10 tax year must arrive by 1 April 2010.
