Offer for subscription of Ordinary Shares

The Directors of Maven Income and Growth VCT PLC are pleased to announce that, pursuant to the Maven Income and Growth VCT Linked Offer which opened on 18 November 2010, the Company issued and allotted 442,242 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each on 1 February 2011, and that the number of Ordinary Shares in issue is now 38,249,033. The Offer Price at which the shares were issued and allotted was 63.4p per Ordinary Share.

The 2010/2011 offer will remain open until 5 April 2011.
