Declaration of Second Interim Dividend

The Directors of Maven Income and Growth VCT PLC are pleased to announce that, following a number of profitable realisations and to ensure that the Company continues to comply with the VCT regulations at all times, they consider it appropriate to declare a second interim dividend in respect of the year ending 28 February 2019. It is confirmed that a payment of 5.10p per Ordinary Share will be made on 22 June 2018 to Shareholders on the register at close of business on 25 May 2018.

As highlighted by the Board in the Annual Report for the year ended 28 February 2017, Shareholders should be aware that the increased focus on investment in development capital and growth finance opportunities, as required by the revised VCT legislation, is likely to result in less predictable capital gains and income flows that may result in the quantum and timing of future dividend payments being subject to fluctuation.
