Resignation of Director

As part of its stated succession plan, the Board of Maven Income and Growth VCT PLC confirms the resignation of Sir Charles Stuart-Menteth Bt as a Director following the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting held on 9 July 2015. The Directors wish to record their thanks to Sir Charles for his valued and significant contribution to the deliberations of the Board during his time in office.

It is confirmed that Fiona Wollocombe has been appointed as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee with immediate effect.
