In accordance with Listing Rule 15.5.1, and further to the information provided in the Interim Management Statement released by the Company on 13 January 2010 to a regulatory information service, the Directors confirm that they are satisfied that all inside information (as defined by Section 118C of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000) that the Directors and the Company may have in their possession relating to the Company during the period leading up to the announcement of its financial results for the year ended 28 February 2010 has previously been notified to a regulatory information service.
