Mobeus Income & Growth 2 VCT plc announces that on 3 July 2020 it purchased 32,944 of the Company's own ordinary shares at a price of 62.50 pence per share for cancellation.
Following this transaction, the issued share capital of the Company is now 73,584,802 Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1 penny each, with voting rights.
