Interim dividend

Following a Board meeting held on 16 June 2008, the Board of Matrix Income & Growth 2 VCT plc is pleased to announce that the Company will pay the following interim dividends, all for the year ended 30 April 2008. These dividends will be paid on 23 July 2008 to Shareholders on the register on 27 June 2008.
