Directorate Change - Resignation of CFO
Midwich Group plc (AIM: MIDW), a global specialist audio visual distributor to the trade market, today announces that Stephen Lamb has informed the Board of his decision to step down from his role as Group Finance Director, to take up the position of CFO at RWS Holdings plc.
Stephen will remain with the business to support the 2025 year-end process and to ensure a smooth transition.
A formal search process has been initiated, and a further update on timing and succession will be issued in due course.
Stephen Fenby, Group Managing Director of Midwich, commented:
"I have very much enjoyed working with Stephen since he joined the Group in 2018. He has made a substantial contribution to Midwich, particularly in supporting our significant international growth. On behalf of the Board and all colleagues, I thank him for his leadership and commitment and wish him every success in his future career."
Stephen Lamb, Group Finance Director, said:
