Crimean assets disposal

MHP S.A. ("MHP", LSE ticker: "MHPC", the "Company"), one of the leading agro-industrial companies in Ukraine, focusing on the production of poultry and the cultivation of grain, announces that Raftan Holding Limited (a Cyprus Subsidiary of MHP S.A.), has disposed its entire shareholding in all its Crimean subsidiaries, namely Joint-Stock Company "DRUZHBA NARODOV NOVA", Joint-Stock Company "Crimea Fruit Company" and Limited Liability Company "Druzhba Narodov".

Consideration was equal to the fair market value of these businesses. The proceeds will be applied towards further investment and expansion in MHP's chicken meat production operations and/or expansion of the Group's land bank.
