Merchant House Group PLC15 June 2006 15 June 2006 Merchant House Group Plc ('Merchant House' or the 'Company') Board changes Merchant House, the AIM-listed specialist corporate finance house, is pleased toannounce that Daniel Edelman has today been appointed an executive director. Following the recent strengthening of the Board, the Company also announces thatRichard Armstrong and Frank Sauer have today resigned as non-executivedirectors. The Board expresses its thanks to both Richard and Frank who haveprovided valuable guidance to the Company over recent years. Daniel Edelman, aged 44, has spent most of his career in the City as amarket-maker, first at Cazenove & Co.(1986-1998) and then at Durlacher Ltd(1998-2004). In May 2005, he joined Merchant Capital plc, a wholly-ownedsubsidiary of the Company, specialising in fundraisings for smaller quotedcompanies. He is currently a director of Merchant House's wholly owned subsidiary,Merchant Capital plc. No further information falls to be disclosed under the AIMRules.
