Merchant House Group PLC02 November 2007 Merchant House Group PLC (the "Company") Result of AGM At the Annual General Meeting of the Company held earlier today, all resolutionsproposed were unanimously passed by shareholders. The Company announces that, following a review by the Directors and refocusingof the initial targets for the Plan as announced on 18th October 2007, the Boardhas agreed to defer the period over which Merchant Capital's audited profitsmust average £900,000 per annum to the three years commencing on 1st January2008. This is the only change to the Plan.
