Notification and Public Disclosure of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities and Persons Closely Associated with Them
Medica Group Plc (LSE: MGP, "Medica" or the "Company"), the UK market leader in the provision of teleradiology services, received notification from Mr John Graham, Chief Executive Officer of Medica, that on 21 September 2018 he sold a total of 1,350,000 ordinary shares of 0.2p in the Company ("Shares") at an average price of £1.5662 per share.
Following this transaction, John Graham continues to hold 2,258,248 shares, representing aproximately 2% of the issued share capital of the Company.
