Medica Group Plc (LSE:MGP, "Medica"), the UK market leader in the provision of teleradiology services, announces that Barbara Moorhouse, Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee of Medica, has been appointed a non-executive director of Glas Cymru Holdings Cyf, the owner of water company, Dwr Cymru (Welsh Water), with effect from 16 January 2023.
