Stephen, aged 37 years, a chartered accountant, is currently Finance Director ofConsensus Business Group Limited ("Consensus"), which is managed by VincentTchenguiz and which is responsible for a number of residential and commercialproperty interests, including a commercial property portfolio with gross assetsof approximately £4 billion.
