In conformity withĀ the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company advises that,Ā asĀ atĀ 30Ā JuneĀ 2009, the issued share capital ofĀ the CompanyĀ consists ofĀ 43,083,620Ā ordinary shares of 5p each with voting rights. The CompanyĀ currently holds no Treasury shares.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights inĀ the Company's ordinary sharesĀ isĀ 43,083,620.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in,Ā the CompanyĀ under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
