Director's Dealing

The Company was informed on 3rd January 2012 that Pershing Nominees Limited in trust for Mr Jim Mellon, Chairman and Director of the Company, purchased 75,000 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 5.938 pence per share on 30th December 2011. As a result of this purchase Pershing Nominees Limited holds 918,666 Ordinary Shares in trust for Mr Mellon representing 1.03% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

Burnbrae Limited, a company which is indirectly wholly owned by a trustee of a settlement under which Mr Mellon has a life interest, holds 16,000,000 Ordinary Shares representing 17.86% of the ordinary share capital of the Company

Mr Mellon also holds 666,666 Ordinary Shares in his own name representing 0.74% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

The total Ordinary Shares in which Mr Mellon has a direct and indirect beneficial interest is 17,585,332 representing 19.63% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company
