Director's Share Dealing

The Company was informed on 26th January 2012 that Rene Nominees (IOM) Ltd in trust for Mr Arron Banks, Director of the Company, purchased 50,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at 7.5p per share on 18th January 2012 and 100,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at 8.375p on 19th January 2012. As a result of these purchases the total holding of Ordinary Shares held by Rene Nominees (IOM) Ltd in trust for Mr Banks is 1,260,833 (1,077,500 held on behalf of his SIPP and 183,333 directly) representing 1.41% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

Mr Banks is also beneficially interested in 51% of the issued share capital of Rock Holdings Ltd. The total Ordinary Shares held in the Company by Rene Nominees (IOM) Ltd in trust for Rock Holdings Ltd is 7,038,193 representing 7.86% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

In addition, Mr Banks is beneficially interested in 48.41% of the issued share capital of Southern Rock Insurance Company Ltd. The total Ordinary Shares held in the Company by Rene Nominees (IOM) Ltd in trust for Southern Rock Insurance Company Limited is 6,750,799 representing 7.54% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

The total Ordinary Shares in which Mr Banks has a beneficial interest is 15,049,825 representing 16.80% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
