Director's Dealing

The Company was informed on 20 November 2025 that Hargreaves Lansdown (Nominees) Limited as nominee for Mr James Smeed, a Director of the Company, purchased 25,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 27.45 pence per share on 20 November 2025.

As a result of this purchase the total holding of Ordinary Shares held by Hargreaves Lansdown (Europe) Limited as nominee for Mr Smeed is 200,000 representing 0.17% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
