The Company refers to an announcement which was released on 11 November 2010 and which is no longer available on the website of the London Stock Exchange.
The Company confirms by way of clarification that James Kenny, a key principal of the investment manager, has resigned from the Supervisory Board of Metro Capital Management AS (the "Investment Adviser") and from the Board of Metro Frontier Limited (the "Manager").The resignation of James Kenny is a separate matter to those issues that were announced by the Company earlier today.
