Merchant Securities, the financial services group, announces that following the acquisition of GT Independent Financial Advisers Limited ("GT") and the admission to trading on AIM of the 4,347,826 Ordinary Shares, which were issued as part of the initial consideration payable to the vendors of GT, the Directors hold the following interests in the capital of the Group:
