Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company announces that on 13 November 2014 it was notified that Peter Dicks, Non-Executive Director of Mears, purchased a further 10,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 387.7p pence each.
Following the purchase, Mr. Dicks now has an interest in 33,298 Ordinary Shares representing 0.033 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company.
This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of the FCA Disclosure and Transparency Rules 3.1.2 to 3.1.4.
