MicroEmissive Displays Group PLC27 July 2006 Embargoed until 7am 27 July 2006 MicroEmissive Displays Group plc ("MED" or "the Company") Appointment of Sales and Marketing Director MicroEmissive Displays Group plc, the AIM listed designer and manufacturer oflow-power light emitting polymer displays, announces the appointment of Mr. Paulvan Eynde as Sales and Marketing Director of the Company with immediate effect. Paul, aged 45, joins the Company from Vativ Technologies Inc ("Vativ"), aprovider of DSP (digital signal processing) based wired communications. Pauldeveloped and established Vativ's sales channels worldwide during his time asVice President of Sales. Before working for Vativ, Paul was Vice President of Sales at ConnectComMicrosystems Inc ("ConnectCom"). During his two years at ConnectCom he created asales infrastructure that included distributors, representatives and applicationsupport worldwide. Prior to this Paul also spent four years working forBurr-Brown Corporation as the North West Area Director. Paul has an MBA in Finance, a BS in Business Administration and a BSEE from SanJose State University in California. He is fluent in Flemish, Dutch, German,French and English.
