MediaZest plc22 June 2006 MediaZest Plc ("MediaZest" or the "Company") Director's dealings The board of the Company announces that the following directors dealings:- On 22 June 2006 Geoffrey Robertson, a director of the Company, purchased 25,000ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 12 pence per share. Following thepurchase Mr Robertson holds 25,000 ordinary shares in the Company representingapproximately 0.11% of the issued share capital of the Company. On 22 June 2006 Lance O'Neill, a director of the Company, purchased 41,666ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 12 pence per share. Following thepurchase Mr O'Neill holds 1,134,166 ordinary shares in the Company representingapproximately 4.97% of the issued share capital of the Company. On 22 June 2006 Sean Reel, a director of the Company, purchased 41,667 ordinaryshares in the Company at a price of 12 pence per share. Following the purchaseMr Reel holds 1,986,717 ordinary shares in the Company representingapproximately 8.70% of the issued share capital of the Company.
