Mincon has been advised by Investmentaktiengesellschaft für langfristige Investoren TGV, in a notification received on 29 October 2020, that as of 28 October 2020, it had an interest in 18,773,990 ordinary shares of nominal value €0.01 each in the Company, representing 8.87%* of the issued share capital of the Company.
* This percentage shareholding is based on a shares in issue figure of 211,675,024 ordinary shares.
