Non-Executive Directorate Changes

Motivcom plc (AIM:MCM), a leading business services group offering marketing communications, events, motivation and incentive expertise to major blue-chip corporate clients, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Peter Morgan as Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee with immediate effect. Until 2003 Mr Morgan was a partner in Deloitte LLP, dealing with entrepreneurial high growth businesses, many of which had public listings or were private-equity backed. From January 2005 to March 2011 he was a Non-Executive Director of CPP Group Plc and its predecessors.

Commenting on this announcement, Motivcom Chairman, Colin Lloyd, said:

The Company also announces that Christopher Stibbs has resigned from the Board of the Company as a Non-Executive Director due to his increasing executive responsibilities at his current employer. The Motivcom Board would like to thank Chris for his valued contribution to the Company since 2007.
