Holdings in Company
Coal of Africa Limited (the "Company") was notified on 22 December 2014 by Africa Investments Holdings Ltd that, as at 18 December 2014, Africa Investments Holdings Ltd and related companies held 78,406,813 ordinary shares of nil par value each in the Company, representing 4.90 per cent of the Company's issued share capital at that date.
