COMPANY PRESENTATION

Coal of Africa Limited advises that the latest presentation will be delivered by the Company's Managing Director, Mr Simon Farrell, to the Minesite Conference in London on 19 May 2009. The presentation will also be delivered over the upcoming 3 to 4 weeks as part of the Company's international roadshow to be conducted by Mr Farrell.

This presentation shall be made available on the Company's website www.coalofafrica.com
