This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4(1)(a) and DTR 3.1.4(1)(b).
On 20th June 2013, the following conditional awards over ordinary shares in the Company were made to certain directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") under the 2007 McKay Securities Performance Share Plan:
