NOTIFICATION OF BOARD CHANGE
McKay Securities PLC, a REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) focussed on developing and investing in commercial property in the South East, announces that Alan Childs, the current Finance Director, has informed the Board of his intention to retire. The process to appoint a new Finance Director is underway.
Alan, 61, joined McKay Securities in 1973 and was appointed as a Director in 1996. In his 38 years with the company, Alan's committed and measured approach has made a significant contribution to the growth of the company.
