ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING - VOTING RESULTS
McKay Securities PLC held its Annual General Meeting on 6th July 2017, at 2.30pm at the Royal Thames Yacht Club, London SW1. All 21 resolutions considered at the meeting were carried by a show of hands, and details of the proxies from shareholders in respect of each resolution are set out below:-
