McKay Securities PLC14 December 2006 McKay Securities PLC ("the Company") ----------------------------------- Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the LondonStock Exchange plc for 5,507 ordinary shares of 20p each ("shares") to beadmitted to the Official List. It is expected admission will be granted on 18 December 2006 and trading willcommence on 19 December 2006. These shares are being issued as a result of the exercise of share options underthe 2001 Executive Share Share Option Scheme.
