Allotment of new ordinary shares pursuant to the Performance Share Plan ("PSP")
In accordance with the Group's Performance Share Plan ("PSP") formally approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting on 25th July 2007, the Board of McKay Securities have allotted at par, subject to admission to listing, 26,521new ordinary shares.
Application has been made for the admission of the new shares to listing on the Official List and to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange Plc and the admission of such shares is expected to become effective on or around the 23rd August 2010.
The 26,521 new shares to be issued and allotted by the Company represent approximately 0.058% of the Company's existing issued share capital and approximately 0.058% of the Company's enlarged issued share capital after the allotment. The new shares will rank pari passu among themselves and with shares of the Company in issue.
