Update on Calvet and increase in holding to 15.94 per cent
Calvet has today notified the Company that it has increased its shareholding to 7,000,081 shares, representing 15.94% of the Company's issued share capital. Furthermore Calvet has indicated to the Company that it is pleased with the Board changes, the adoption of the new investment policy and recent equity issuance. Accordingly Calvet has today notified the Board that its indicative proposals to the former Board in December 2016 have now been overtaken by events and it looks forward to the Company's successful implementation of its new bespoke investment plans.
