McBride plc announces that on 2nd March 2021 it purchased for cancellation the following number of its ordinary shares of 10 pence each pursuant to its share repurchase programme, details of which were announced on 2nd November 2020.

Description of shares: McBride plc - ordinary shares of 10 pence

Number of shares repurchased: 44,000

Date of transaction: 2nd March 2021

Average price paid per share: 81.72p

Lowest price paid per share: 81.40p

Highest price paid per share: 82.43p

The Repurchased Shares will be cancelled. Following the cancellation of the Repurchased Shares, the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights will be: 177,163,520. The figure 177,163,520 may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
