Following the transfer of 228,357 ordinary shares of 10 pence each held as treasury shares to satisfy the vesting of awards granted under the McBride plc 2014 Long Term Incentive Plan; in accordance with DTR 5.6 we notify the market that at 14 September 2018 McBride plc has a total issued share capital of 182,840,301 ordinary shares of 10 pence each, of which 42,042 ordinary shares are held as treasury shares.
Therefore, the number of ordinary shares of 10 pence each with voting rights is 182,798,259.
