Total Voting Rights

In accordance with DTR 5.6, we notify the market that at 31 December 2011 McBride plc (the Company) had a total issued share capital of 181,040,301 ordinary shares of 10p each, of which 1,905,712 ordinary shares are held in Treasury.

Therefore, the number of ordinary shares of 10p each with voting rights is 179,134,589.

This figure (179,134,589) can be used by shareholders as a denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
