Transfer of shares out of Treasury
McBride plc ("the Company") announces that on 30 November 2009 it transferred 86,628 ordinary shares of 10p each for the purpose of exercising a performance based LTIP scheme.
The Company now holds 630,346 shares in Treasury and has a total of 180,409,955 ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) in issue.
Dealing by a director and person discharging managerial responsibility
27,500 of the ordinary shares were awarded to Miles Roberts and he sold interests in 12,089 ordinary shares at an average price of 200.8993 pence each. The shares sold cover the tax and national insurance contribution liabilities arising on the vesting of the LTIPs. The performance conditions are as published in the annual report and accounts for the three years ended 30 June 2009.
Following this exercise and sale Miles now holds 205,473 ordinary shares, 0.1% of current issued share capital and has interests in 445,998 LTIPs.
Dealing by persons discharging managerial responsibility
2,881 of the ordinary shares were awarded to Colin McIntyre and he sold interests in 2,881 ordinary shares at an average price of 200.8993 pence each.
6,809 of the ordinary shares were awarded to Gary Saunders and he sold interests in 2993 ordinary shares at an average price of 200.8993 pence each.
