McBride plc confirms that an award was granted under the terms of the McBride plc 2014 Long Term Incentive Plan (the Plan) to Lennard Markestein, Divisional Managing Director, as set out below. The award was granted on 16 October 2020 and will vest at the end of a three-year period dependent upon the achievement of performance targets. The award will not require any payment from the individual.
