Notification and public disclosure of transaction by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR")
McBride plc (the "Company") announces that it has been notified of the following PDMR transaction:
Lennard Markestein, Divisional Managing Director, has notified the Company that on 25 October 2024 he acquired 10,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company (each a "Share") for an average price of £1.11 per Share.
Following the purchase, Lennard Markestein holds an aggregate of 314,822 Shares.
The Notification of Dealing Form is set out below.
