On 10 September 2015 McBride plc (the Company) was notified that Rik De Vos, Chief Executive Officer, and Chris Smith, Chief Finance Officer, were granted awards under the McBride Deferred Annual Bonus Plan (the DBP) as follows:

The awards are subject to a restricted period of three years from the date of grant, at which point they will vest. There is no exercise price applicable to the award.
Following this transaction:

Chris Smith holds 25,657 ordinary shares in the Company (0.014% of current issued share capital (excluding treasury shares)) and has an interest in 169,749 ordinary shares in the Company.
