Capital Markets Day

McBride plc ('McBride' or the 'Group'), the leading European manufacturer and supplier of private label and contract manufactured products for the domestic and professional cleaning and hygiene markets, is today hosting a Capital Markets Day for investors, lenders and analysts at 11.00 am GMT. The event will be held in person at the offices of Instinctif, 65 Gresham Street, London EC2V 7NQ.

The event will include presentations from Chris Smith, Chief Executive Officer, and Mark Strickland, Chief Financial Officer, alongside Divisional Managing Directors and the Chief Transformation Officer. The presentations will cover:

· The growth of the private label household market and McBride's share gains within this market;

· An overview of performance against the Compass strategy by each of the divisions (Liquids, Unit Dosing, Powders, Aerosols and Asia Pacific);

· The transformation programme;

· McBride's financial performance, progress and targets.

As part of the event, the leadership team will set out further details on its growth strategy and key objectives for the next five years which include:

· Revenue growth of 2% per annum

· EBITDA of >10% of sales

· Net debt below 1.5x EBITDA

· >25% ROCE

The presentation will be followed by an opportunity to ask questions of the presenters and the wider management team.
