Mission Capital PLC22 February 2007 22 February 2007 Mission Capital Plc AGM Chairman's Statement At its maiden annual general meeting to be held at 3.00pm today, Neil Sinclair,Executive Chairman of Mission Capital plc, will make the following statement: "It gives me great pleasure to welcome you all to Mission Capital's first AnnualGeneral Meeting. As you may be aware since our period end of 30 September, by which time we hadalready completed the acquisitions of KML and First Property Trading, we havecompleted the acquisition of our interest in Athens Investments Holding GroupLimited which acquired a £36 million property portfolio in December. In addition, in January, we sold our entire shareholding in Abraxus Investmentsplc for £652,713 in cash, which is particularly gratifying as the Companyacquired its holding for shares, but sold its interest for 6.5p per share incash, compared to the prevailing market price of 4.13p. As a result of both our increased profile and levels of activity, we are beingoffered significantly more opportunities than a year ago, in terms of bothproperty and car parking deals. However we have established particular criteriato follow in order to achieve the returns that we seek and it will beinteresting to see how the market performs in the coming months. We continue to investigate opportunities where we see value and ultimately togrow Mission Capital into a significant company."
