Michelmersh Brick Holdings PLC16 June 2005 16 June 2005 Director Shareholding Michelmersh Brick Holdings plc ("Michelmersh" or "the Company") (AIM: MBH) the UK's largest producer of handmade specification bricks and clay paviors, was today informed that on 16 June 2005, as part of a reorganisation of his family'saffairs for tax purposes, Martin Warner, Michelmersh's managing director, sold 275,000 ordinary shares in the Company to his mother, Joyce Mary Warner, at a price of 90 pence per share. He is now interested 6,916,964 shares in the company representing 18.19% of the issued share capital. Of the interest of Martin Warner, 5,338,393 are due to his position as a trustee of the Ley Hill Discretionary Trust 2004, a family trust which is the registered owner of the shares; the balance are registered in his name.
