Mapeley Limited14 March 2008 Mapeley - Completion of Refinancing and Notice of Results Guernsey 14 March 2008 - Mapeley today announces that the refinancing of its£257 million revolving Delta acquisition line has been completed. It has beenreplaced with a £152 million seven year term facility, and a separate £60million facility maturing in April 2009. The remaining balance was made up withcash from within the business. Further details of the refinancing will becontained in our financial results for the 12 months ended 31 December 2007which will be announced on Monday 17 March 2008 before the commencement oftrading on the London Stock Exchange.
