Admission to Trading on the London Stock Exchange

Mayflower Acquisition Limited (the "Company") today announces the admission of its 49,507,500 ordinary shares to the equity shares (shell companies) category of the Official List of the FCA (the "Official List") and 50,007,500 warrants to the warrants, options and other miscellaneous securities category of the Official List. Both the ordinary shares and warrants have also been admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities under tickers "MAY" in respect of the ordinary shares and "MAYW" in respect of the warrants.
