Appointment of additional director
The Directors of Mapeley Limited (LSE: MAY) announce today that Mr Nicholas Friedlos, Chief Executive Officer, has been appointed as an executive director of the Company with effect from 1 January 2009.
As required by section 9.6.13R of the Listing Rules, the Company announces that, other than those matters stated below, Mr Friedlos does not have any details that are required to be disclosed under this section.
Within the last five years, Mr Friedlos has been a director of Westpool Investment Trust plc and Derwent London plc, having resigned from both positions in 2007.
